MEDSynth is able to employ state-of-the-art techniques such as parallel chemistry, solid phase synthesis and microwave-assisted organic synthesis (MAOs), in addition to classical solution-phase organic synthesis, in order to increase the outputs. The MEDSynth labs are fully equipped for both liquid and solid phase syntheses.

  • Medium Pressure Liquid Chromatography (MPLC Buchi 688)
  • High-pressure PARR® reactor (high pressure reactions)
  • Kugelrohr distillation apparatus
  • Analytical HPLC (Merck-Hitachi L-6200, double pump system, UV detector, autosampler)
  • Analytical Perkin Elmer UHPLC FLEXAR FX-15 Platform
  • UltiMateTM 3000 Semi-Preparative System

Our group can also easily accesse to other facilities at the Department of Drug Science and Technology (University of Torino), due to internal collaborations:

  • 600 MHz NMR
